The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a luxurious bathtub and enclosed shower cubicle, providing a serene retreat after a day of business analysis. While some minor issues with select desk and café staff performance were noted, the overall service was exceptional. The room service was prompt and efficient, offering delicious hot meals, and the complimentary water was a thoughtful touch.The hotel's new interior design and excellent facilities, including a fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool, added to the overall value proposition. Kande International truly combines luxury with affordability, making it a wise choice for business travelers and explorers alike looking to experience the dynamic city of Shanghai without compromising on comfort and convenience.
